Installed indoor blower motor system back up and running properly. Check temperature difference is 20
Performed system maintenance. House is vacant and homeowner is not here. Filter door was partially open prior to service. Replaced (17.5x21x5) filter for homeowner. Could not look inside Ductwork as it has a piece of flex connected directly to the start collar. System is functioning properly.

Low suction and high head pressure due to impacted evaporator coil. Coil needs to be pulled and cleaned. Also it's causing the blower motor to pull high amps. Recommend Indoor Air Quality package to keep unit clean. Signed up for NMA. Need to bill The Pet Dentist

We were just here on August 30th. Could not find anything wrong today. Both TSTATs were satisfied at 75 degrees. 20 temperature split on both units and charge was fine as well as static pressure. While there, temperature dropped to 73. Drainlines were both clear.
